Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The smallest order we can immediately fulfill is 6,000 pieces. Our production system is make-to-order instead of make-to-stock. Because we produce a product only after it is ordered, we eliminate the problem of stock-outs and increase the level of customization. The economics are more in your favor when you order 6,000 or more pieces.
Q: What if my order quantity is less than your MOQ?
A: We will retain your
intended order. When another customer orders the same product, we will contact you about its availability.
Q: How are your science kits packaged?
A: All kits come with one of two types of packaging: premium or no-frills.
Premium: Each individual kit comes with a vacuum tray, instruction manual, and gift box.
No-frills: No vacuum tray, instruction manual, or gift box is included. The components for an individual kit are wrapped together in a plastic bag. Instruction manuals can be downloaded from this website.
Q: How long does it take to get my product?
A: It usually takes 75 days after your order is finalized and confirmed, although the lead time may vary due to seasons or holidays.
Q: What is your method of payment?
A: All payments must be by irrevocable L/C at sight in our favor, or T/T payment.
Q: Where are these science kits made? Are they safe for children to use?
A: Our science kits are made in China and are safe for use by children. We make safety the highest priority in both the design and manufacturing of every product. Our products meet the ASTM F963 safety standard but are subject to testing by independent laboratories to ensure they comply with other applicable safety standards and laws. Any lab test or other certification needs to be applied for at buyer's expense.
